At Perth Scuba, I revitalized the brand’s digital presence and reconnected it with the local dive community. I planned, promoted, and hosted a series of successful community events - including themed night dives, info nights, and dive tours - designed to engage new and returning divers. On social media, I drove a 274% increase in reach and a 55% boost in engagement by producing original video content, developing targeted campaigns, and building a consistent, authentic brand voice, and customer service.
